Liz and Jeremiah are two computer science pros who live in Cambridge and work in Boston. Like so many great guys before him, Jeremiah tried to come up with the perfect way to propose to Liz. His first two attempts were thwarted by bad luck. His third plan was to propose on a bridge over the Charles River, directly between Cambridge and Boston since the two spend so much time together in the two cities. To Jeremiah’s surprise, upon arriving at the bridge there was construction going on. This time he couldn’t wait any longer. He walked Liz to the nearest bench and sat her down and proposed to her right then and there. Liz was beyond thrilled and had a good laugh when he told her about all his previous proposal plans. So when it came time to shoot their engagement session the two knew they would love to take some shots at the ever so special bridge and bench.
In addition to shooting at the bridge we also took some shots in and around their home, as well as on the T, since they commute together every morning. I was so pleased when the experimental shot I took in the subway worked out. A lovely family was willing to partake in the making of the shot to get the perfect look of the world moving on around them, and Liz and Jeremiah being in their own little world.
