Using my portable studio system and the power of the Spot My Photos instant image sharing platform, I can produce high-end, studio quality images delivered immediately to guests in a private, custom branded online gallery. Photos are delivered in real-time to their phones and the gallery can include links back to your company website. Retouching can even be included! You can receive their phone number or email address once the event is done in an excel sheet for lead generation. For attendees, leaving with a LinkedIn-ready headshot in hand is a tremendous WOW factor that will surely generate a buzz at your conference or event.

Preparation

During a pre-shoot phone call we will discuss where the shoot will take place, what type of space is available for the headshot booth and what type of background you would like for your photos (gray, white, or custom).

No Annoying Flash Pops

We shoot with continuous light panels in our headshot booth instead of strobes. This gives a smaller foot print and you don’t have the distraction of flash bulbs popping in your booth.

private online galleries

Each guest photographed in the headshot booth will receive their images in their own private online gallery. Click here for a real example gallery from an event.

images delivered in real time

The attendee’s gallery is generated and delivered via SMS text or email within seconds.
Receiving images while the conference or event is still taking place creates a buzz among attendees and results in more foot traffic to wherever the headshot station is located.
If event coverage is added to the package the images taken of the guests enjoying the other festivities will also be added automatically to their private galleries in real time.

Lead Capture

Attendees must provide their phone number or email address to receive their image gallery link.
Phone numbers and email addresses that are collected can be provided to your company.

Custom Branded Galleries

The online gallery can prominently feature your company or product’s branding and logo.
Candid images taken during the event can also have branded overlays that allow for valuable sponsor spots.

Professional and Linkedin ready

Attendees are photographed with the exact same high-end setup used in our studio headshots.
Attendees are coached into flattering poses and authentic expressions.
