If I could go back in time to my wedding I would have changed only 2 things. First, I wouldn’t have cut my hair to the length of a short bob just days before my husband proposed (seriously my locks of love donation should have been AFTER the wedding!) and second, I would have worked to get better toned arms and a sculpted back. When I got my pictures I was a little disappointed to see that my arms were not as toned as they could have been, and I know I’m not the only bride who has felt this way before. Many brides work so hard to get in shape before their big day, but the only spots you have exposed are usually your arms and your back, so if you have limited time to work out, your arms and back are a great place to start. Busy brides need a quick and easy routine that can be done in their own home without the need of extensive gym equipment. Luckily my friend Lauren Hefez, personal trainer extraordinaire, was willing to put together this fantastic routine that is less than 5 minutes long, can be done in your own home, and best of all…promises beautiful toned arms and a sculpted back as a result.
If you want to skip my intro, Lauren’s work out starts at 1:24 in the video or use this link to watch only her part. For those who have more than 5 minutes a day to spend on exercise, Lauren has a bunch of other great free videos of exercises and dance routines you can do at home for the rest of your body as well.
