Once the recital is done the photography team will upload the images taken during the dress rehearsal, at the step and repeat, and the actual recital.  Each person registered will receive their own private gallery that only has photos that person is in.  During registration you will be asked to enter in a cell phone number so you can receive your gallery link via text, as well as the person being registered’s first and last name.  Check “I accept the Terms and Conditions” and click on “Next Step.” The name of the person being registered should be the performer. Now it will ask you to upload a photo of yourself.  The photo needs to be a shot of ONLY the performer.  You can take a photo right then with your phone by clicking on “Take Selfie” or you can upload a photo from your camera roll.  This photo you upload is then used to “Spot” the performer in any photos they were in, and won’t be saved thereafter.  Performers can register before or after the recital.

If you have multiple performers in the recital, each one needs to be registered separately. If you want all your family’s performers to be in the same gallery please use the same phone number for each family member’s registration.  Registration is completely free and anyone can register, including those attending the performance.

If you register before the recital, as soon as the images are uploaded by the photographers you will receive a text message with a link to your private gallery. If you register after the images have been uploaded you will receive a text message with your link to your gallery within minutes of registering.  When you initially open your gallery the images will have “PROOF” written across them as a watermark. 

If you purchased the Pre-Sale Photo Package you will receive a Coupon Code.  Click on any of the images in your gallery and then click on “Unlock Gallery.” Use the coupon code you were provided by clicking on “Have a coupon code? Click Here”. Enter the Coupon Code and hit apply. It should now say Coupon Applied and 100% off.  Click “Checkout.” Enter in the email address you’d like to have the ZIP file of all the images sent to. Click “Checkout” again. Your images are now all unlocked and you can immediately view them without the PROOF watermark and can download them to your phone and share them online.  Click on “Got It” to make the box go away.
