What Makes Vail Fucci Photography Different?

Preparation

A Pre-Shoot phone call is included so that we can determine what your company’s goals are for the headshot booth.
We will discuss what type of space is available for me to shoot in and what type of background you would like for your photos (gray, white, or custom).

No Annoying Flash Pops

I shoot with continuous light panels instead of strobes which gives me a smaller foot print than bulky umbrellas or soft boxes.
By shooting with continuous lights you don’t have the distraction of flash bulbs popping in your booth while you talk with people.

private online galleries

Each guest photographed will receive their images in their own private online gallery.
Your guests don’t have to sift through a giant gallery to find their own images, adding a level of privacy.

images delivered in real time

The attendee’s gallery is generated and delivered via SMS text or email within seconds of having their photo taken.
Receiving images while the conference or event is still taking place creates a buzz among attendees and results in more foot traffic to wherever the headshot station is located.
If an event photographer is added to the package the images taken of the guests enjoying the other festivities will also be added automatically to their private galleries in real time.

Lead Capture

Attendees must provide their phone number or email address to receive their image gallery link.
Phone numbers and email addresses that are collected are provided to your company.

Custom Branded Galleries

Professional and Linkedin ready

To ensure attendees look professional in their image, I make sure to pay attention to details like hair being out of place and fix rumpled clothes and collars.
Attendees will be taught how to pose so that they naturally don’t have a double chin in their photo.
I provide facial expression coaching during the session so I can guide people into authentic expressions that are also flattering.
The images produced will be at a native 1×1 square crop so that they are perfectly centered for use on sites like LinkedIn.
