Technical Best Practices for Professional Telehealth Patient Experiences during COVID-19 Pandemic

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic telehealth was limited to only certain services. “In this quickly changing environment many clinicians across the country have started telehealth visits for the first time with little training in how best to use this technology” shares Dr. Lauren Doyle Strauss, assistant professor in pediatric neurology and headache specialist at Wake Forest School of Medicine. It is important for the patient and provider experiences to have the best video and audio quality possible.
